Gets along great with other hounds!
Wasn't sure about dog beds at first and was more comfortable with a comforter
Happy Hound
Likes to meet and greet
Likes children, especially his human foster sister.
The two best words to describe "Mar Mar" (the name his human foster
sister has given him) are mellow and sweet. He has had no problem
adjusting at all. He gets along great with our two resident hounds and
our three year old daughter. He crates really well and enjoys stuffies.
It's almost like he's already been in a foster home before coming here.
Mar doesn't counter surf and a stern no has taught him the house rules.
He's very smart and really just doesn't want you to be upset with him so
he stays out of trouble.
Everyday brings a new lesson for Mar and
yesterday it was the hounds personal space. After stepping on love bug and
her "screaming" at him, he quickly came looking for some love from his
foster mom for reassurance that he was ok.
Scruffies from his foster
parents and his soft bed are probably his favorite things. He enjoys
doing zoomies with his foster brother and sister, and even though he
loves the big back yard and exploring he'll come when called.
He's a very sweet boy who is content anywhere as long as he's getting loved on :)
